How to Add a New Material?

Adding New Material 

Should add a new material needed to be added to the database, please contact The XO Support Staff via chat or submit a ticket here

Please see below for an example on how to complete a ticket for Adding a New Material


Step 1
When submitting a ticket, please be sure to complete all required fields noted with a RED asterisk. Please enter the builder's name with the subject line. 



Step 2
Next, please use the template below when adding a new material. This will ensure we have all information in order to upload the correct material in the database. Please see the example below.


Step 3
Complete the Additional Information below if necessary. Note, an image can be attached as the final step before submitting the ticket. Once the ticket is completed, click Submit, or discard the request is not ready.
