Why Isn't a Material Showing?
Below are a few reasons why a material may not be showing up in the XO when submitting a Spec or Architectural Submittal for review.
Material is Not Submitted through the XO
In order for materials to be utilized, they must be submitted through the XO. The Media page is where user can verify that the material has been uploaded and is available. If the material is not showing,
check out this article on how to submit it to the database.
Material Has Not Been Approved by the Developer
If a material is not displayed on the Media page, there is a chance that it has not or was not approved by the developer to be used in the community. Click on the image and see if it states that the material is approved.
Material is Being Filtered Because of Lot Repetition
If the material has been approved by the developer, the last reason might have to do with the repetition rules or anti-monotony of the community. Since these rules are programmed into the XO, the platform filters out a material that is already built closeby.

If for some reason the preferred material is still not showing up, reach out to us via chat so we can help!
