How Do I Update a Spec Price?
Whether a home's status is sold, closed, or awaiting approval, the price of a spec can be updated in the XO. Below are the steps to follow to update a spec price.
Updating a Spec Price with No Additions
Step 1
Locate and click on the Master Plans page from the panel on the left. Then select the home that needs to be updated.

Step 2
Next, click on the edit icon of the Master Plan and simply click Edit Plan highlighted in the RED box below.
Step 3
In order to edit the price in the Plan Details, first, click Continue in the green box on the Master Plan and Arrangement page.
Step 4
Enter the updated price in the Starting Price box for the Master Plan highlighted in the RED box below
Step 5
Unless there is additional information to upload, click Continue in the green box located in the lower right-hand corner of the form.
Step 6
Scroll down in the Overview tab and verify the starting price of the home was updated. Notice in the RED highlighted box below.
Updating a Spec Price with Additions
Step 1
Locate and click on the Master Plans page from the panel on the left. Then select the home that needs to be updated.

Step 2
Under the main image of the Master Plan, notice a pencil icon/edit button highlighted in RED. To edit an Addition, click on the icon.
Step 3
Next, edit the Price Increase field highlighted in RED below. Once the price is updated for the addition, click Edit Addition in the green box located in the lower right-hand corner of the form. See the example below.
Step 4
Scroll down under the Additions tab and verify the price change made was uploaded successfully to the addition.
You have successfully updated the price of a plan containing additions
