How Do I Update A Spec Photo On Consumer Map?

Inventory Photos

Inventory photos on The XO feed directly to the consumers-facing map located on the community website. it is extremely important to keep all spec or inventory homes up to date as it creates a better customer experience. The primary photo will appear as a thumbnail in the list panel on the right-hand side. Our recommendation would be to use an exterior photo or rendering for the first impression. Simply select the desired lot, and the panel will slide out to show all the spec photos currently approved by the developer in the community.





Updating Photos

Step 1

In order to update an existing photo, locate the Master Plans page and select the plan with the associated elevation.



Step 2

Next, select the elevation (boxed in blue below) where the photo should upload to and click on the gear icon highlighted in the RED box below.














Step 3

To upload the photo click on browse (highlighted in the RED box below) or drop and drag the photo in the dotted box. After uploading the photo, click Continue in the green box located in the lower right-hand corner of the form.



Step 4

Once the photo is uploaded, the developer will receive a notification to log into the XO to review and approve the submission. If the photo has been approved, the photo will then show on the consumer-facing map and the user will be notified.
