How to Add an Architectural Submittal for a Build
After completing the Add a Build form in The XO, the next step in the process is to submit architectural materials for review.
Adding an Architectural Submittal for a Build
Step 1
Locate the Architectural Submittals page 
in the left main panel. Proceed to the architectural submission form by clicking on the icon highlighted in the RED box.
Step 2
Begin the process of adding an architecture for the build with the Overview section. Hint: be sure the Date and Architectural Style are correct. To continue, click on Next Step in the green box below in the lower right-hand corner of the form.
Step 3
Next, make sure to select the correct Plan/Elevation Combo for the architectural submittal. To continue, click on Next Step in the green box in the lower right-hand corner.
Step 4
The next area is Additions/Upgrades. Users can make any selections necessary in this section. If no selections are necessary, click on Next Step in the green box in the lower right-hand corner to continue.
Step 5
The next area is Color Submissions. The following color choices (Primary and Secondary Exterior Colors, Trim Color, Door Color, and Roof Color) will need to be selected based on the buyer preference. Please update these choices as necessary based on the anti-monotony rules within the community. To complete each area of the color options, click Next Step in the green box located in the lower right-hand corner of the form to continue.
Step 6
Be sure to include a complete set of building plans and other necessary documents requested for the architectural submittal. To complete this section, click on Next Step in the green box located in the lower right-hand corner of the form to continue.
Step 7
Summary - The XO will create a summary of the architectural submittal. If additional changes are needed, click in the area listed on the right side of the form in green with the checkmark. If completed, click Submit in the lower right-hand corner of the form. The developer will receive a notification stating an architectural submittal has been resubmitted and is ready for review.
