Viewing the Map
The XO offers a visual of the community through the map feature called the Ground Plan. The Ground Plan's interactive capabilities provide users the ability to explore and filter the community for a unique and individualized experience. A video tutorial has also been provided at the end of the article.
Accessing the Map
The map can be found on the Lots and Home Sales Page.
Zoom
With Ground Plan, users can zoom in and out freely. Simply navigate to the top left-hand corner to find the zoom buttons or double-click.
Tilt and Rotate
Ground Plan also allows users to tilt and rotate the map to their preference. Simply right-click and hold while dragging the mouse around. This function allows different views and perspectives and as shown in the screenshot below.
Reset View
To return to the standard view of the map, click the arrow button on the top left-hand corner and the map will rotate back to its original view.
Features of the Map
Tooltips
Not only does Ground Plan allow users to visualize the statuses of specific lots, but it features a quick sample of information corresponding to that lot. Simply hover over the lot and a window will pop up displaying a photo as well as some important information.
Home builder users will only have access to the additional information on their lots. However, with the tooltip functionality, all users can hover over any lot to get a small sample of information pertaining to that lot. See the screenshot below for how Ground Plan and the tooltips look for a home builder.
Filters (Coming Soon!)
Ground Plan also allows users to filter by specific information to find a lot within the community.
Customizing the Map
At this time, the map is not able to be customized to specific users other than the viewing of the map. To request the possibility of customizing the community's map, please reach out to the dedicated Cecilian Partners Account Manager to discuss.
