How Do to Approve an Elevation?

When a builder submits a new elevation into the XO, the approved developer users have the ability to review and approve new elevations in the XO. This helps speed up the approval process when building a home.

Step 1

First, go to the Master Plans page from the main panel. 



Step 2

Next, click on the Approvals tab, highlighted in the RED box.




Step 3

Scroll down on the Approvals page and notice that the Approvals are listed in the following categories, Approved, Denied, and Pending. For this example, scroll down to a Pending Approval for a specific elevation. Select the elevation you would like to approve by clicking the three dots highlighted in RED below.



Step 4

Select the elevation that needs to be approved and complete the form shown below. First, change the Approval Status to Approved by clicking the down box and selecting Approved. Feedback can also be provided for the approved elevation along with any files associated with the Approval. Once the form is completed, click UPDATE STATUS in green below to proceed.



Step 5

Notice on the Approvals tab, the elevation is now listed under APPROVED.
