Resubmitting a Plan/Elevation for Approval

If your Master Plan/Elevation was denied by the developer, no worries! You can use The XO to resubmit your plan for approval. Simply follow these steps:

Step 1

Go to the Plans page

Step 2

Locate the specific plan or elevation that was denied. You will notice in the screen below that the plan/elevation that got denied has a red tab in the top right corner of the tile.


Step 3

Scroll down to the Plan/Elevation combination that was denied. You can locate the plan/elevation under the DENIED category.


Step 4

Next, click on the pencil icon in order to edit the plan/elevation to be resubmitted


Step 5
You should receive a notification stating why your plan/elevation was denied. Be sure to edit the necessary items in the screenshots below. Once you've complete each step, click CONTINUE in green. 



The developer will then get notified that the plan has been resubmitted and needs their feedback. You will get notified within the platform when the developer provides the feedback for the resubmitted plan.
