How Do to Provide Feedback for an Architectural Submittal?

In this article, users will learn to provide feedback on an architectural submittal. Whether approving or denying a submittal, the XO makes this process manageable and simple.


Providing Feedback

Step 1

In order to provide feedback for a submittal, first, locate the submittals waiting for approvals within the Architectural Submittal page. Next, select the pending submittal that needs to be reviewed.



Step 2

To complete the approval form, select the status of the submittal to "Approve" or "Deny." For the user to provide feedback, simply enter the information into the comments section, and select "Deny". The user will then be notified by the XO to resubmit the submittal and based on the feedback and provide any documents or files as necessary. Click Update Status to complete the review. 



Step 3

Last, the XO will update the architectural submittals to the appropriate section. For this example, the submittal was approved.
