How Do I Resubmit an Architectural Submittal?
If your architectural submittal has gotten denied, you can submit a revised version of an architectural submittal without losing the details for your original submittal.
Resubmitting an Architectural Submittal
Step 1
Find and click on the architectural submittals page in the left main panel highlighted with the RED box. Once you come to this page, locate your architectural submittal and click the arrow to begin the process of resubmitting your architectural submittal.
Step 2
Begin the process of editing your architectural submission with the provided feedback from the developer. Be sure the Date and Architectural Style are correct. To complete this step, click on Next Step in the green box below in the lower right hand corner of the form.
Step 3
Next, make sure you have selected the correct Plan/Elevation Combo for your architectural submittal. To complete this step, click on Next Step in the green box in the lower right hand corner
Step 4
Additions/Upgrades - Make any changes necessary in this section. If no changes are necessary, click on Next Step in the green box in the lower right hand corner
Step 5
Colors Submission - The following color choices will need to be selected/corrected if necessary...Primary and Secondary Exterior Colors, Trim Color, Door Color, and Roof Color. Please update these choices as necessary due to anti-monotony rules apply within your community. To complete each step for the color options, click Next Step in the green box located in the lower right hand corner of the form.
Step 6
Be sure to include a complete set of building plans and other necessary documents for your architectural submittal. To complete this section, click on Next Step in the green box located in the lower right hand corner of the form.
Step 7
Summary - Take a look at the summary of your architectural submittal. If you need to make changes, you can do so by clicking in the step listed on the right side of form in green with the check mark. If you are finished, please click Submit in the lower right hand corner of the form. Your developer will receive a notification stating that you have re-submitted and architectural submittal.
