Why Isn't a Specific Plan Showing?

The XO is designed to keep everything organized from specific home plans, models, and elevations that are available within the community. It also help streamline the sales process by running the anti-monotony or repetition rules for the community in real-time based on the home options that are available for specific lots within the community. Therefore, below are a few reasons why a specific plan or elevation may not be showing up within the XO platform when trying to add a sale.

1. Elevation has not been added to the specific floor plan.
