How to Submit a Master Plan
In the XO, users can submit a new master plan for the community. This article will show users how to properly submit a master plan. For a video tutorial, scroll down to view the attachment.
Adding a Master Plan
Step 1
Below is the Master Plans homepage where you begin the process of submitting a new master plan. To begin the submittal of a new Master Plan, click + Add a Master Plan boxed in RED
Step 2
Complete Master Plan Information - This is key for all data to be submitted for the master plan. Please fill in fields below such as Plan Name, Description, and Property Type (Single Family Home, Townhome, etc.).
Step 3
Arrangement - Be sure to complete Plan Size (30', 50',etc.), Stories (Remember the system will default to 1 Story), and finally the Garage Loading. Reminder: ALL fields below require a selection. Once all fields are completed, click CONTINUE to proceed to the next page.
Step 4
Plan Details - All fields below are required to be filled. For the Bed/Bath/Garage count, please be sure to enter the minimum amount for each. Users can add more in the Additions feature. Once the Plan Details are completed, click CONTINUE to proceed to the next page.
Step 5
Upload Plan Documents - Upload and Submit all documents needed for the new master plan. Once the necessary documents have been uploaded, click CONTINUE to proceed to COMPLETE the new Master Plan submittal.
