Submitting Model Home For Approval

Developer users, check out this article for assigning a lot to a builder for their model home. This step will need to take place prior to home builder submitting their plans for the model home.


Step 1
Navigate to the specific lot that a model home needs to be added.  


Step 2
Click on the lot and locate the various actions for that lot. Find the button labeled "Add A Model Home" and click to begin the submission.


Step 3
Begin by filling in the information related to the Model submission. Then, click continue.

 
Step 4
Continue by completing the materials section for which materials will be on the facade of the model home.

Step 5
Continue to final details of the home. Fill out the pricing and sizing of the home. 

Step 6
Upload any relevant documents or construction plans required for developer approval. 


Step 7
Upload any additional photos to be shown to potential home buyers on the community website. These may include interiors, exteriors, or renderings of the model home.


Step 8
Complete the submission by selecting submit at the bottom of the page.
